1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and MM Digital (CPF 406.549.888-03), based in Presidente Prudente, São Paulo, Brazil. By accessing our website, completing a purchase or using our companion applications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

2Our Products

MM Digital sells digital information products (online courses, video lessons, guides, templates and toolkits). Content is delivered electronically through a members' area and/or a companion mobile application. No physical goods are shipped.

Each product page describes what is included, the format and the access period. We may update or improve the content over time to keep it current.

3Your Account

• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
• You must provide accurate information at checkout so we can deliver your access.

4Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on the checkout page before purchase, including the currency. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge of the displayed amount to your selected payment method. The charge will appear on your statement under a descriptor related to MM DIGITAL.

If a product is sold as a subscription, the renewal frequency and price will be clearly shown before purchase, and you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

5Intellectual Property & License

All content, videos, texts, designs, software and trademarks are owned by MM Digital or its licensors. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own individual use.

6Prohibited Use

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access or content;
• Downloading, recording or copying content without authorization;
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass the security of our apps;
• Using our products for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of access.

7Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.

8Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are educational. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, MM Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990). Any disputes shall be resolved in the consumer's domicile court, as provided by law.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
