1What You Receive
MM Digital sells digital information products. Depending on the product purchased, your delivery includes:
- Access to the online members' area with video lessons and materials;
- Access to the companion mobile application (iOS / Android or web app);
- Downloadable bonus materials such as guides, checklists and templates.
No physical products are shipped. There are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery delays.
2How Delivery Works
Step 1: Complete your payment securely through Stripe checkout.
Step 2: Within minutes, you receive an email at the address used at checkout with your access link and login instructions.
Step 3: Log in to the members' area or companion app and start immediately.
Delivery normally happens within 5 minutes after payment confirmation and, in rare cases, up to 24 hours.
3Access Period
The access period for each product (for example, 12 months or lifetime) is stated on the product's sales page and checkout. For subscriptions, access remains active while the subscription is active.
4Didn't Receive Your Access?
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders;
- Make sure the email typed at checkout is correct;
- If you still can't find it, contact us with your name and purchase email and we will resend your access manually within 24 business hours.
